The Taper Stool evokes the pragmatic functionality of a milking stool, using elevated materials and finely honed craftsmanship. The distinct teardrop shaped legs were refined by Karl Zahn working at his lathe and form the basis of a design that is both utilitarian and beautiful.

Materials

American hardwood, unlacquered brass stretchers

Specs

The brass accents are unlacquered; with use they will darken and patina over time. Polishing will restore the sheen if desired.
